My laptop keeps freezing up so bad it takes 5 minutes to even shut down. Sometimes the computer freezes after a few minutes and then sometimes it could be a couple hours. Any advice?

There could be a number of things going wrong to make your PC seem as though its not operating at a normal speed.
Since it could get pretty complex trying to pin point the exact cause, I would personally recommended
clearing out some unused programs "uninstall them" cleaning internet history and the usual step one would take to free up space on their computer.However, if none of these tactics work, I would then suggest downloading and using a Windows PC optimizer, much like SpeedMaxPC.
