I was wondering if anyone has heard of a PC utility tool called "Reg Genie"?
I was thinking about ordering it to help me fix a few issues with my pc, I dont have to many
malfunctions going on, but my computer could certainly use a good tune up and I was
told by a good friend Reg Genie was a great resource and really easy to use.

Yes and I would not recommend it to my dog, its a very crappy pc registry cleaner, in fact registry tools
are old news and always have been in my opinion.
However, if your truly interested in taking the shortcut here, because that's exactly what these kinds of tools are for, maybe your short on time, don't know how to adjust the settings manually or for whatever reason i don't know.
And in that case, I would recommended downloading a PC optimizer, which will give lots of options, much more then reg genie at least.

RegGenie is one of a group of registry repair titles in the mid range. The product is reliable at detecting and removing errors and has that "user friendly" consumer feel. The registry scan is free but an upgrade (costing a modest $34) is required to fix errors.
I like it, because it woks fine for me. For instance it has a Registry Backup which allows you to create a backup of your registry at any time, before you let Reggenie scan and fix your registry.
